Iga Swiatek has withdrawn from subsequent week’s Guadalajara Open match.
The four-time Grand Slam champion cited the necessity for relaxation and restoration forward of the ultimate stretch of the season.

“Sadly, I must withdraw from the match in Guadalajara as a result of a change of schedule,” Swiatek posted on Twitter now referred to as X. “I must checklist to my physique. And because the season may be very intense—our No. 1 precedence is to play it to the top in good well being and plan it correctly so we would not threat an harm.

Swiatek mentioned she plans to return to the Tour in Tokyo.
