Jessica Pegula has stepped out of Brisbane.

The US Open finalist withdrew from the Brisbane with a knee damage.

The 30-year-old Pegula, an Adelaide semifinalist final January, was pained by a left knee damage after her run to her maiden main remaining in Flushing Meadows.

Pegula joins veteran Aussies Thanasi Kokkinakis and Ajla Tomljanovic in pulling out of Brisbane, set for December 29-January 5, 2025.

“I’m so dissatisfied to withdraw from the Brisbane Worldwide, however I needed to be 100 per cent able to compete, which I’m not,” Tomljanovic wrote in an Instagram submit. “I’ll proceed my prep and see you all on the Australian Open.”
