Norrie, Vondrousova Withdraw from US Open

The US Open is over earlier than it started for a pair of contenders.

The 2023 Wimbledon champion Marketa Vondrousova and Briton Cameron Norrie have each withdrawn from the 2024 US Open.

The 2019 French Open finalist Vondrousova defeated Ons Jabeur to win her maiden main on the 2023 Wimbledon. The Czech lefthander backed up that title run reaching the 2023 US Open quarterfinals falling to American Madison Keys.

Francisco Comesana (ARG) strikes into the lads’s primary draw.

Petra Martic (CRO) strikes into the ladies’s primary draw.

Lloyd Harris (RSA) and Nao Hibino (JPN) are the primary gamers out of the respective primary attracts.

US Open main-draw motion begins on Monday, August twenty sixth.
