Sickness has pressured Gael Monfils to relinquish his wild card into subsequent week’s Rolex Paris Masters.
A two-time Paris finalist in 2009 and 2010, Monfils withdrew from his Vienna spherical of 16 match with an sickness and opted to surrender his Paris wild card.
The Rolex Paris Masters is ready for October 28-November third in Bercy.
The 38-year-old Monfils’ departure resulted in Arthur Rinderknech receiving the wild card initially allotted to Monfils.

Rinderknech joins former world No. 7 Richard Gasquet, who introduced he’ll retire after the 2025 Roland Garros, will play Bercy for the seventeenth time, Adrian Mannarino and Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard as one among 4 Frenchmen to obtain a Paris main-draw wild card.
The French Tennis Federation says Monfils stays an alternate and will nonetheless achieve entry to the principle draw if different gamers withdraw.
