Mirra Andreeva is likely one of the prime teenage abilities on the WTA Tour.

Now, the 17-year-old Andreeva is a title holder.

Andreeva captured her first profession title on the pink clay of Iasi. Andreeva held a 5-7, 7-5, 4-0 lead over Elina Avanesyan when the fifth seed retired.

At age 17 years, 90 days, Andreeva is the youngest girl to win a WTA title since a 17-year-old Coco Gauff received the 2021 Parma title.
