Leverkusen near signing PSG defender on mortgage

Bayer Leverkusen are reportedly closing in on the signing of Nordi Mukiele from Paris Saint-Germain.

Two years in the past, Nordi Mukiele left RB Leipzig to hitch Paris Saint-Germain for a reported €12 million. 

Now, a return to the Bundesliga appears to be on the playing cards for the French defender. 

In line with L’Equipe and Fussballtransfers.com, Leverkusen are set to signal Mukiele on mortgage. 

His medical with the German champions has reportedly been scheduled for Wednesday. 

The signing of Mukiele is a response to Odilon Kossounou’s imminent transfer to Atalanta. 

Mukiele is able to taking part in on the appropriate facet of defence and as a centre-back.
