Niclas Füllkrug is planning to leave Werder Bremen after this season, according to Sky Germany.

With the striker’s contract set to expire in 2024, Werder are likely to cash in on him this summer.

The Bundesliga’s top scorer this season with 15 goals, Füllkrug has recently been linked with Torino, but the Italian club is not an option for the striker, per Sky.

West Ham and Everton are also said to be keeping tabs on the 30-year-old.
