Everton verify 777 Companions’ proposed takeover has collapsed… because the membership’s sale buy settlement with the US funding agency expires

Everton have confirmed that 777 Companions’ proposed takover of the soccer membership has collapsed. 

In an announcement issued to the membership’s web site, Everton introduced that their sale buy settlement with the US funding agency had expired on Saturday. 

‘The settlement between 777 Companions and Blue Heaven Holdings Restricted for the sale and buy of the bulk shareholding within the Membership expired in the present day,’ the Toffees wrote. 

‘The Membership’s Board of Administrators recognises the appreciable stage of economic assist 777 Companions has offered the Membership over latest months and wish to take this chance to thank them for this.

‘The Membership will proceed to function as normal, whereas it really works with Blue Heaven Holdings to evaluate all choices for the Membership’s future possession.
