Eintracht boss backs Ekitiké for France call-up

Hugo Ekitiké has earned reward from Markus Krösche, who believes the striker has what it takes to play for France.

Eintracht Frankfurt sporting CEO Markus Krösche believes Hugo Ekitiké is in a superb place to earn his first call-up to the French nationwide staff if he continues to play like he did towards Hoffenheim on Saturday.

“If he continues like this, he has an ideal likelihood,” Krösche mentioned after Eintracht Frankfurt’s 3-1 win.

Ekitiké scored and arrange one other aim in Eintracht’s victory, stealing the present with strike associate Omar Marmoush.

Eintracht coach Dino Toppmöller praised the duo, saying their pace was “very, very tough to defend towards”.

“I would really like it to proceed like this,” he added.

Ekitiké joined Eintracht Frankfurt from Paris Saint-Germain in February. He has performed three video games for the membership this season, racking up three targets and two assists.
