Novak Djokovic will have to wait until Rome to get match fit. The World No.1 has pulled out of next week’s Madrid Open.
The tournament announced Djokovic’s official withdrawal early on Saturday.

Djokovic did not give specific reasons for his withdrawal, but he has dealt with a right elbow injury in recent weeks.
