Last Update on: April 21st, 2023 at 12:59 am

Delhi Capitals (DC) won a tight contest against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). DC won the match by 4 wickets with 4 balls remaining in the match. Ishant Sharma‘s fiery spell early in the match proved to be decisive. Ishant Sharma had taken 2 key wickets of Nitish Rana & Sunil Narine and gave away only 19 runs in his 4-over spell.

Axar Patel showed immense mental application as he took DC to home and scored 19 runs in 22 balls. DC required only 24 runs to win from the last 5 overs but it looked as if they didn’t want to take risks and take on the spinners as they allowed the spinners to dictate the terms.
