On Saturday, VfL Bochum suffered their sixth league defeat in seven video games this season, leaving them backside of the Bundesliga desk with one level.

The crisis-hit Bundesliga aspect have now responded to the 3-2 defeat to Hoffenheim by sacking each head coach Peter Zeidler and sporting director Marc Lettau.

“Regardless of a number of discussions and efforts in the previous couple of weeks, it has not been attainable to attain a big enchancment from a sporting standpoint and within the league desk,” VfL Bochum said.

“With this in thoughts, the membership’s administrators, along with the sporting administration and the staff, have carried out an intensive evaluation. The consequence: there’s a lack of conviction that VfL can obtain the purpose of staying within the league with the present personnel constellation.”

There will likely be an announcement from the membership on the best way ahead within the close to future.
