Herbert Hainer is hopeful and optimistic about extending Thomas Müller’s contract past 2024.
Bayern Munich president Herbert Hainer has expressed hope that Thomas Müller will stay on the membership for the remainder of his profession.
Müller, 34, has spent his complete profession at Bayern to date and is presently underneath contract till 2024, with the veteran and the Bavarians in talks over a doable extension.
Chatting with Bild TV, Hainer mentioned he is optimistic the events will come to an settlement.
“Thomas is an absolute Bayern icon and a participant with nice deserves right here. All of us need him to complete his profession in Munich. We’re in talks, I am optimistic and hope he’ll stick with us,” Hainer informed Bild TV.
“I believe Thomas is aware of what he has at Bayern and we all know what we now have in him. As I mentioned, I would love him to retire right here and tackle one other position at Bayern after he retires, as a result of he is a legend right here.”
Müller has two objectives and 5 assists in 15 video games this season.
